Create the bottom of the chocolate bowls by dropping 7 and 1/2 teaspoons of melted chocolate on the baking paper. Take a balloon and dip it into the melted chocolate. More melted chocolate means a perfect rim.

Put the chocolate bowls in the fridge for 40 minutes. After those 40 minutes, take the balloons out of the fridge and let them sit for 5 minutes at room temperature. Use a pair of scissors and with one hand hold the top of the balloon and with the other SLOWLY cut. You can also use a toothpick to poke a little hole into the balloon. Remove the balloons from the chocolate bowls and place back the bowls into the fridge.

Meanwhile, the bowls cool off in the fridge its time to make the whipped cream. Place the whipped cream in a tall bow. IF you have a standing mixer, you can use it. At first, whip on love so everything won’t splatter.

Just one tip: when it comes to buying the balloons make sure that you buy quality balloons to avoid breaking. We had the “luck” to find some poor quality balloons and my kitchen walls are full of chocolate because the balloons popped.
