Often enough, while browsing online, I will find someone so talented that I just can’t wait to share his or her work with you. And today is no different. I have recently discovered the works of HuskMitNavn (RememberMyName), a danish artists who lives and works in Copenhagen, Denmark. I have actually discovered his works while browsing on a popular image sharing website and just had to research further. And I was not at all disappointed. What this artist does with pen and paper can be called nothing less than beautiful and clever art.
And you will see for yourself from the several illustrations below that he has a real gift when it comes to bringing characters to life. Even if they are made just out of pen and paper. Some of these seem more real that many cartoons that you see on TV or on the internet. We could take it a step further and say that the artist makes actual optical illusions with his art. And this is just coming from me, I don’t know if it is the right term or way to describe these works. But this is what they end up being and I believe they are awesome.
