In our family we love to eat! And we love to eat good and healthy. Probably, this recipe that I am about to describe for you doesn’t fit intro the “very healthy” category but like I said: we love to eat!
You can find bellow one of our favorite recipe for ribs and onion and garlic potatoes. Enjoy!
You will need:
– 2 pieces of ribs
– 2-3 red onions
-3-4 garlic cloves
– 4-5 potatoes
-2-3 pieces of green onion
Optional for the salad:
-1 red onion
-half of cucumber
-half of lime
Let’s get started!
Cover the ribs with your favorite spices: salt, pepper, oregano, we also added some red paprika and mustard seeds. Add in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour (you can extend the cooking time if you consider that the ribs are not done).
Cut the red onions and the green onion and add the into a pan. Add the olive oil. You can also add the butter.
Mix everything together.
Peel the potatoes and dice them in 4. Wash them with cold water.
Add the potatoes. Cook everything on medium heat.
You can chop the parsley and add it over the potatoes. Add the spices: salt, pepper, red paprika.
Cook for about 15 minutes and stir constantly. After 15 minutes you can add the chopped garlic.
Cook everything for another 1o minutes and voila. Enjoy!
